Introduction Some business leaders do not know that just as customers are very important in business, that also implies to employees, it is the employee that makes sure that the customer feels good about the product, even if it is a crappy product or service, the employee have the ability to relate with the customers in a good or bad manner, in fact employees determine customers, not even the product or service, the product or service may be the best thing, but if employees do not deliver the message in a well organized and trained manner they could define a customer that will do business with them, so business leaders should invest more time and resources on employees to be able to make sure that they are delivering the message to customers responsibly, there are many reasons or toxic situations in the business that could turn off employees and knowing the reasons why they do not feel good about the business is essential especially for team building and development of the business.

Resources Employees may decide not to give their best due to some reasons it may be in a situation that resources that should have been put in place to make sure that the work they do will be less stressful is not it place, this could make employees feel that the business is not thinking about them, employees loved to be cared for, they want to be part of the business and do not want to be treated as slaves but as family of the business, so they are ready to give their best, if there are more resources put in place to either develop their capability, by training them maybe in communication or helping them develop their skills, this can bring out the best in employees and lead to massive improvement in the business.
2. Finances Everyone has bills and this could be stressful to some and many go into debt because of their bills, after trying for years to pay it off and they find out that they cannot be able to pay it up due to the calculations they made, they immediately give up and get themselves into more debt. Understanding that finance is one of the reasons that employees came to work for your company, even though they love the company and their willing to be part of the company in the first place is great and rewarding them for their great work is good, if an employee has been productive for years, rewarding them financially can help reduce their financial burden and this can be a factor that the company cares about their lives, so putting programs in place to reward employees financially would be well received by them.
