When a company brings out a program for you to learn, you can take part in it to be able to work better for them, that can make them feel you are worth more when they see improvements on your side. Always be there for the company when they need you most, they respect employees who are loyal and can get out of their way to help them in any way, some companies who need some money, to be able to grow their business faster, they could strike a deal with employees and sell shares to them, they usually reward this kind of employees who believe in the growth of the company, helping your company in any way can make them feel you are part of them and they will treat you like one.
