As an employer with future plans, bringing in someone to your team, who don't care about the future, may not care about the future of your company, this can cause confusion within team members of your business, because this person may not be a good fit since everyone in the team has a future mindset, this person may come in and destroy the culture of the business, which you have struggled to build.
