In the past, most companies had  long names and they where running effectively, but nowadays they have discovered that simplicity is very effective, simplifying the name of the business can help the customer to be able to relate to the business, if you do your research, you will see that if the name of your company is so long the customer will relate to the first word or letter, so making the name of the company to appear easy to read and pronounce can help the customer to understand what your business is all about.

It is normal for companies to make mistakes as long as there are humans working in those companies, it is in the nature of humans to make mistakes, but in business, understand that if mistakes have been done and figuring how to resolve the whole issue as soon as possible is needed to keep the business running, for example if it was a company that makes lotion and there came in the news a discovery of an ingredient that is very harmful to the skin, which was found in the lotion, this can reduce sales for the company, but quickly they should understand that they are in business to produce the best lotion and make their customers feel good, they will have to come together and recall all the products, its okay to eat the loss, this will increase trust and customers will always want to buy from the company because they care more about them than money.
